One fine day in the NEXARA warehouse, a pallet spill wreaked havoc among the workers. His screech had been followed by a loud crash as the pallets collapsed onto the aisles, sending everyone into frenzied state. And boxes of things that fell, making a mess too hard to clean up. A disaster cleanup crew was dispatched to contain the mess, moving hastily in order to avoid additional damage.
Before anyone could react the pallet spill was unexpectedly unleashed. Suddenly, there was a havoc in the busy warehouse; The accidental spillage created obstructions in the most common passage ways to be used by the workers restricting them from reaching their assigned tasks easily. Panic ensued and some of the employees did not know what steps to follow next. It was disorder all around
Fortunately, the cleanup crew at NEXARA was well trained and equipped to handle emergencies like this. Without pause they jumped into full on spill-containment mode, grabbed their safety gear and equipment. Moving quickly and in unison, they set about righting the fallen pallets: rectifying the chaos of the warehouse. Thanks to their quick reaction, the disaster had a small impact and did not caused further disruption in the workflow.
The spill cleanup crew was already hard at work getting the mess cleared away when some products were deemed not salvageable. Boxes were crushed, items spilled open on the floor,resulting in the loss of 1000's of dollars.if inventory. As he surveyed the losses, even before forklift rental arrived, the warehouse manager shook his head in disbelief at the mess he had been recounting in barely believable language to his boss: the pallet spill meant money lost. It demonstrated need for safety measures to avoid accidents like this in particular in the future.

However, employees at NEXARA had come together despite the setback and were able to salvage what was possible within their power. They went together, and they were sifting through rubble and looking at items that had escaped destruction. The ones that were still good, we saved and brought back into the system to stock them for customer shipment. This was a heart-warming example of flying in formation and standing shoulder-to-shoulder in the hour of need.
